Peace, education, army reforms: Prime Minister Pashinyan presents priorities for the coming years


YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. Despite all the attacks, Armenia will continue the process of reforms in all directions, including democratic reforms, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the Cabinet meeting, adding that there is a wide program related to the reforms of the army, and that this program, in fact, is at the stage of implementation.

“We need to constantly and constantly push this agenda forward and we need to emphasize that what is happening in no way diminishes the importance of the peace agenda, on the contrary, it highlights it more, and we will constantly move forward on this path,” did he declare. .

He added that prior to this situation, priorities for the coming years were also being discussed.

“There are three priorities that we need to focus on and work on. The first is peace, the second is education and the third is the reform of the armed forces. These will ensure the security and real development of our country, which must resolve the issue of Armenia’s long-term sustainability,” he said, calling for unity around the interests of the Armenian state.
